(A) Certain products are eligible for return within the return time frame if they are received by you in broken condition, are missing parts or accessories, are defective, or are not in accordance with the product’s description page on TIMELINE STUDIO (TLS) But do not match the information given.

The return / refund process will be proceeded only when

1- Make sure that the product has not been damaged while it was with you.
2- It must be the same product that was shipped to you .
3- The product is returned in original condition (with brand/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag attached, user manual, warranty card and all accessories included).
4- If you wish to return an electronic device that stores personal information of any kind, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information       before returning the device. TIMELINE STUDIO (TLS) will not be liable in any way for any misuse or use of such information.
5- Products may not be eligible for return in certain cases, including buyer’s remorse cases such as the wrong model or color of the product ordered or ordering  the wrong product.
6- Products marked as “This cannot be returned” on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, if an item has been delivered to you that is broken, damaged or incorrect, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement, as applicable. We may contact you to determine whether the product is damaged or defective before issuing a refund/replacement.
We reserve the right to pick up the product and confirm any damage or defects before issuing refund/replacement.
7- Products are eligible for replacement only if the exact same item is in stock with the same seller.
8- If you have received any non-returnable product in damaged/damaged condition, you may contact us within 3 days of delivery of that product.

9-  Standard Shipping. Delivery within 5-7 business days after shipment. Sometimes it may reach early, sometimes it may take more time than 5 to 7 days depending upon the situation.


If approved, you’ll be automatically credited on your original payment method within 10 business days. However, if you receive a broken, defective or faulty item, we will provide you with a full refund or free replacement, as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the defect or damage of the product before issuing a refund/replacement. We reserve the right to pick up the product to confirm the defect or damage before issuing a refund/replacement.

Replacement in 5 days

1- If you have been delivered a damaged or different/wrong item due to force majeure, this item is eligible for a free replacement within 5 days of delivery.
2- If you ever receive a damaged device, please request for a replacement within 48 hours of order delivery. Request for replacement at any time after 48 hours of order delivery will be declined.
3- If you have been delivered a damaged, defective or different item due to force majeure, this item is eligible for a free replacement within 5 days of delivery.
4- Please keep the item in its original condition with its branded outer box, affixed MRP tag, user manual, warranty card, CD, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

Note – Refund and  cancellation terms are subject to change as per the product, time and convenience of the company keeping in mind the interests of the customer.

Strickly non refundable products

Software, digital gifts, templates, and other soft data that can be easily copied or duplicated are non-refundable and non-returnable.

This includes all digital products that, once downloaded or accessed, remain permanently available to the customer, such as:

  • Software licenses and keys
  • Digital gift cards
  • Graphics, templates, and presets
  • Video/audio footage and stock content
  • E-books (PDFs and other formats)
  • Any other digital files that can be copied

Since these products cannot be returned or access restricted once delivered, refunds, replacements, or exchanges are not applicable.
